Help & support
We're here to help you get it right
The quickest way to get help is a support request from your account. It keeps everything about your order in one place, so our team can see your design, measurements and delivery details straight away.

How support works
Four steps to an answer
Step 1: Sign in to your account
Use the email you ordered with, or the account you created when you claimed a gift.
Step 2: Open Support
Choose Support from your account menu and start a new request.
Step 3: Tell us what's going on
Pick the order it's about and describe what you're noticing. For fit questions, photos from the front, side and back really help.
Step 4: We reply and work it through with you
Our team usually replies within 1 business day. You'll get an email when we answer, and the whole conversation stays in your account.
Typical response: within 1 business day

What happens after I finalize?
We check your measurements before we cut, usually within 1 business day. If a number needs another look, we ask you. Otherwise your suit goes into production, and your account shows your estimated delivery date, about 4 weeks after you finalize.
I've been asked to re-measure. What now?
Don't worry, it's common, and it's exactly why we check. We reopen your order and tell you which measurement to check and how. Open your order in your account, measure that number again (a helper makes a big difference), then send it back to us. Everything else you entered is kept. If a partner tailor measured you, we let them know, and you finalize again once they've updated it. If you'd rather talk it through, open a support request. Your delivery date counts from when you finalize again.
Can I change my measurements after I finalize?
No. Once you finalize, your order is locked while we check your measurements, and then it goes into production. If a number needs another look, we reopen your order for you. If you realize a number was wrong, open a support request straight away.
What is the fit check?
A 5-minute check after your suit arrives. We'll email you a link a few days after delivery. Try the suit on, rate how each area fits, add a few photos from the neck down and give it an overall score. Please send itany time after delivery and before any alterations elsewhere, so we see the suit as it was made.
What happens if my suit doesn't fit?
Made-to-measure suits can't be refunded or returned, and nobody can promise you a perfect fit. What we do is read your fit check: send it and we'll reply within 1–2 business days with what we think is wrong and what we can do. Most things, like the trouser waist, sleeve length or hems, are an adjustment at a local tailor. Whether we arrange it and whether we put anything toward the cost is agreed with you case by case, and where a piece can't be put right by an adjustment at all, a remake is our decision to make. Read the fit terms.
Who can see my fit photos?
Only the people on our team who check measurements, our administrators, and a partner tailor for photos they took at your appointment. Photos are never shown to the suit maker or a gift buyer and never sent by email. They're deleted automatically 90 days after your suit is delivered, or when any fit case closes, whichever is later — or sooner if you ask. Fit photos and body data policy.
Our policy
Made-to-measure orders are final
Every suit is cut and sewn for one person, from their own measurements, so it can't be resold. That's why made-to-measure orders can't be refunded or returned. It's also why you can change your design and measurements as often as you like before you finalize, and why we check your measurements before we cut.
Being final doesn't mean you're on your own. Once your suit arrives we ask how it fits, and a person reads the answer. What that isn't is a guarantee: we can say that a person looks, not that a suit fits perfectly.
Adjustments, case by case
Send your fit check any time after delivery, before any alterations elsewhere. Most things are put right with an adjustment at a local tailor. Whether we arrange it, and whether we put anything toward the cost, is agreed with you first — we don't promise an amount.
Repairs and remakes, at our discretion
If a piece can't be put right with an adjustment, or wasn't made to the measurements and design you finalized, we may remake it. That is our decision to make. Your fit check photos help us look into it quickly.
